We start our day with a short guided meditation before breakfast. This can be following the breath, a visualisation, focusing on one of the senses or the natural world around us. It can use open awareness, sharp pointed focus directed either outside or inside. Here at Peace Valley no specific tradition or religious teaching is followed, instead inspiration has been taken from a wide variety of teachings from around the world.
